SLT Tours are a one-stop solution to all things sports and school tours; taking control of all planning, booking and execution, allowing our clients the breathing space to actually enjoy the experience themselves!
With our expert team of experienced teachers and coaches, we understand the stress and anxiety that can come with organising a trip for young people and the list of questions that need answering with it: “how do we travel?”, “is this safe?”, “how do we even start to put this all together?!”. We have the answer to all those questions and are here, ready to take the reins.

Each trip is specifically designed for you, with your objectives in mind. School tours will be managed and accompanied by an ex-teacher with all the understanding of curriculum objectives, safeguarding and school expectations. Sports tours will be managed by coaches with experience and knowledge of a wide range of sports and the same enthusiasm for Sport as the young people on our tours.
Each member of our team has walked a mile in your shoes and completely empathises with both the excitement you feel in creating this experience for your young people alongside the anxiety you feel in getting this right for everyone. We’re here every step of the way.
Support
As an SLT Tours client, you’ll have a dedicated partner in SLT, guiding you and working with you each step of the way, rather than a faceless provider simply providing a ‘service’. Our aim is to create the very experience you pictured when you first thought of organising a tour, with as little stress on your end as possible.
Each client will be assigned a tour manager that will take control of all location research, travel, accommodation and activity bookings and later execution of your tour. Your Tour Manager will be available at the tip of your fingers for any questions or issues you have along the way, allowing you the peace of mind that things are still on track to be a success.

We know that each and every tour should be perfectly individualised to meet the needs of the group and we also know that things can change along the way. That’s why, here at SLT Tours, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. We are so far away from the faceless ‘catalogue’ tour providers you’ll find elsewhere, dictating what will happen, when and where.
Your Tour Manager becomes your partner and is waiting, open-minded with pen and paper in hand to learn all about your vision for your tour, right down to the finer details. You’ll provide us with your non-negotiables, “would love to”s and dream scenarios and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Of course, a ‘perfect’ plan is only ‘perfect’ until something changes along the way, (which, let’s be honest, it usually does!) and this is where we thrive! Throw us a curveball and we’ll make magic happen! With your Tour Manager by your side, you’re able to request changes at any point during the tour where you see issues arising or simply think something might work better.

For example, it rained a lot and so we couldn’t do some of the planned activities and they would help a lot and were very welcoming in receiving our ideas.
